Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Team Leader oversees the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable team, focusing on performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement. This position requires collaboration with various departments to maintain strong cash flow and support AR-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Accounts Receivable team to ensure efficient operations.
- Drive performance improvements and accuracy in billing and collections.
- Manage cash application processes to enhance cash flow.
- Oversee month-end close activities and AR reporting.
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance transformation initiatives.
- Implement best practices in credit management and collections.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
5-8 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash.
Prior team leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong hands-on experience across collections, billing, and cash application.
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
