Role Summary
The Unit Head Finance System is responsible for leading the documentation of finance-related processes impacted by system migration projects. This role collaborates with Finance and IT teams to ensure process integrity and effective transition during system changes.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve mapping current finance processes and developing comprehensive documentation. You will work closely with various teams to analyze system impacts and support testing and validation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the documentation of finance-related processes impacted by system migrations.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to map current processes.
- Develop detailed documentation to ensure process integrity.
- Analyze the impact of system changes on finance operations.
- Support testing and validation of new systems.
- Create training content for end-users to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
8 - 10 years of experience, with 4 years in Technology - Finance or Business Process roles.
Proven experience in business process documentation.
Strong knowledge of billing operations and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
