Job Description
This role involves greeting customers warmly and providing attentive table service in a Muslim friendly café. The waiter or waitress will take food and beverage orders accurately, serve food and drinks promptly, handle payments, maintain cleanliness, assist with café setup and closing duties, communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff, address customer feedback, and comply with food safety and hygiene procedures.
Job Requirements
Minimum secondary school education.
Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage; training can be provided.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically fit; able to stand and move for extended periods.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Punctual, reliable, and disciplined.
Legal right to work in Malaysia.
