
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing the end-to-end warranty processes in Malaysia. This role serves as the key liaison between customers, factories, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will oversee daily warranty operations, including incident reporting and claim tracking, while working in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely case closure and maintain accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warranty management or customer support.
Proficiency in ERP or workflow systems (e.g. NAV, Monday.com).
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
