
The Wholesale Deals & New Capabilities Specialist will support the wholesale and network enablement of CelcomDigi’s Global Connectivity portfolio. This role involves monitoring performance, identifying new revenue opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance connectivity services.
In this role at CelcomDigi, you will support the wholesale and network enablement aspects of CelcomDigi’s Global Connectivity portfolio, including roaming, IDD, and travel SIMs/eSIMs. You will work closely with internal technical teams and external managed services partners to ensure smooth daily operations, strong performance tracking, and continuous improvement of connectivity experience, while helping to enable new wholesale revenue opportunities.
Technically inclined with a strong interest in network operations, wholesale services, and connectivity platforms
Analytical and detail-oriented, able to analyze traffic, cost and revenue trends to detect any anomalies and take prompt action
Structured and dependable, able to manage operational issues and follow through to resolution
Collaborative, with the ability to work across internal teams and external partners
Curious and forward-looking, with an interest in new technologies and enabling capabilities in the global connectivity space
