Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day system administration tasks, incident resolution, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal system performance. You will also focus on compliance with internal audit requirements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows System Services systems.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize system management and monitoring tools for proactive monitoring.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and security policies.
- Participate in 'On-Call' support for off-hours activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Relevant certifications in Windows Systems Administration.
Minimum 2 years of experience in system administration.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
