
The Windows System Manager is responsible for the operational support, maintenance, and administration of Windows System Services across RHB Group's entities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability and performance while collaborating with various teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day system administration tasks, incident resolution, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal system performance. You will also focus on compliance with internal audit requirements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Relevant certifications in Windows Systems Administration.
Minimum 2 years of experience in system administration.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
