Benefits are good: 401k match at 6%, generous PTO, all the leave options you could ever need, some flexibility in work schedule (depending on role)
In the operations and corporate functions, every role located in north america, if vacated (via promotion or attrition) must have a business case created and presented to request the role be kept in North America. Often times the roles move overseas. This has removed a lot of opportunity for advancement in these functions. People stay because their co-workers are smart, hardworking and supportive people. But you might be at level for 4-8 years before promotion opportunities in your area are available, if they ever become available. If you like what you do, and are good at it, your options are to get comfy or leave the area you've come to love in order to advance.

- Good learning scope - Stable job with Timely salary - Good work life balance ( depends on which project you will be in, in my case it was decent compared to my previous org) - One of the best infra structure. - Free cab until certain level ( door step pick and drop with security guard if last drop is female employee)
- Hikes will be mostly single digits - Don't have high hopes on the Variable pay , generally you will get 0-18%, irrespective of how good you perform it's almost never 21% as mentioned in CTC.
