Pros

Excellent learning opportunities and exposure to global clients. Supportive leadership, structured processes, and strong emphasis on compliance and professional development. Work culture encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.

Cons

Workload can sometimes be demanding during peak project timelines. Processes may feel highly structured which can reduce flexibility in certain roles.

Senior consultant

Pros

- One of the few places in Semarang where a Senior Consultant can earn a "big city" salary. It’s a game-changer for local tech talent. - The office environment is far from boring. There are active hobby and sports communities that make work-life integration much more enjoyable and help build solid internal networks. - The facility for courses and certification paths is top-notch. As long as you have the drive to upskill, the company is very supportive in providing exam vouchers (AWS, GCP, etc.) and training resources.

Cons

- Don't expect massive 4x or 6x salary bonuses here. The focus is more on the monthly base and benefits rather than high-multiplier annual bonuses. - Work doesn't always end at 5 PM. Be ready to support or be on-call during weekdays if you’re in an engineering role.

Pros

Interesting projects, some supportive colleagues, good learning opportunities.

Cons

Be aware that opportunities for training and promotions sometimes appear to be unevenly distributed. Some groups may feel overlooked, and selection criteria aren’t always transparent. If you value fairness in advancement, pay attention to how leadership communicates opportunities.
