Does not reward people by promoting them even if they are working at the next level

Joined accenture by way of acquisition of company and many promises originally made disappeared over time. They will make it feel like business as usual but inevitably everything will soon be integrated as accenture.

Salary didnt increase at all in 3 years.

Expected is more than 10 hrs of work. They can put you in PIP by giving some worst reason. If you don't get good project then forget work life balance . Politics

No salary improvement in last two years

Forced ai down your throat

HR is somewhat hard to talk to. You will be talking to an AI instead. Decreasing incentives and benefits, not unlike before. Not a work life balance specially if you work in a high volume operations account Toxicity depends on the project.

It can be toxic depending on the project you are deployed to. The salary offered is low. Salary not increasing yearly.

Salary growth is slow compared to other companies

1. Variable will be very less, they used to give only 20-30 of amount which is mentioned in offer letter.

Very less growth in long term

Short term project pay cycle are structured bad

Salary is the main problem here and the career level movement.

Visibility into opportunities can be network based

Pay is less for work in some cases

Yearly reviews are quite unfair in my opinion as you are competing against other employees at your level who are not involved in the same project you are on

Favourism is at its peak
