Project stability by luck. And of course, office politics and glorified ot hours without proper compensation.

Your efforts will not be considered into account even if you work too hard. Accenture is performing well but most of the people in security are not even promoted nor their efforts paid off. The only reason used to be that the company isn't performing well as if ppl here are dumb to listen this
