So much workload and power trip leads

They dont promote as often as some other companies

Hike and Promotion are very difficult

Nothing to add for cons. Not seen any negative things

The stocks are down and the culture more so, I heard the salary bands used to be higher and there's been minimal promotion in the last 2 years. People have been taking leave of absences then leaving subsequently

Low salary without hikes which is enough to put you in short term depression

Increase is slow in this company

Too much corporate difficult hierarchy Too many trainings and mertings
