Less salary and promotion issue
Competitive starting salary for a BPO. Benefits are strong (e.g., free meals), and overall still better than most BPOs in the market. Workload is manageable, and training is structured to ensure you’re prepared. Fast-paced environment keeps you learning new policies. Friendly and supportive colleagues (depends on project).
Limited career progression and transferable skills for long-term growth. Salary increments are rare, and bonuses are low. Management can be unresponsive, with last-minute decisions and expects us to cooperate.
team is good, well manned, desing matured team and culture is good
salary is very less and no scope of hike and promotion
The company have really good benefits.
But you're working 10 hrs a day so the benefits is expected.
nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing
Pay and opportunities. Much depends on whom you are reporting to .
Very good consulting work, flexible work hours
Hike not given every year , good team to work with
Good company and a good lifeste
Nothing bad I felt since I joined
- Can get ahead if you are willing to game your life for promotions (an attitude to do anything is required) - it forces you to be satisfied with where you are in life (don't expect hikes / promotions)
- Consulting is run like a BPO - Worst hikes in industry - promotions are based on slots available, you won't be promoted unless all 9 planets of client, leadership, your manager all align and the alignment happens during the review month - the work in consulting is anything but consulting - very low quality work - If you are a management graduate trying to join Accenture, I'd recommend you don't.
