1. You don’t get yearly salary adjustment/increment, even if you get it after 1.5 years, the percentage is extremely low, it’s sad. 2. Very low bonus 3. The higher ups don’t care about compensating your hard work, efforts and contributions to the company. Many have complained about the poor salary adjustment, but they asked us to be grateful instead.
