- Well-known global company. Good name to have on your resume. - Exposure to different industries, clients, and systems - Strong benefits package, including monthly allowances (e.g. phone/communication support) that are uncommon in many Malaysia companies.

- Experience depends heavily on project and manager - Career progression and recognition can feel unclear - Workload can be high with limited support at times - Communication between teams/regions could be improved
