Shift is challenging. Work life balance is compromised

not much work life balance

As it is very big company with many employees it hard to get good hike or promotion.

It could be overwhelming sometimes because of it sheer size and diversity

Good Salary good Technology not updated Learning curve not good

Nothing bad I felt since I joined

Better compensation, perks, Nothing other than that

If i would still work in the company i would love to see more training on cyber security, they are really trying to protect the company and providing more training would be even better

Promotions No Hikes Less pay

Lack of communication and structure, poor training
