Great company to work in. Team was Energy Downstream, lovely people.
Little niche industry. I was the youngest there, could not understand a lot of jargon
1) work-life balance 2) best Hybrid mode (Enforced 1 day a week to office, project might demand 2/3 days). 3) Good CoE and brand value
1) hike depends more on projects performance than employees performance. 2) salary is an issue if you're staying in the same company even with above avg performance, better join with a higher package already.
Supportive and good culture org
Sometimes difficult to progress but dependant on role
It is a well known service based MNC and gives enumerous benefits to it’s employees
It lacks good roles nowadays and they tend to force people into taking up support roles. It blocks growth for many in the recent years of their corporate journey.
Mnc life Benefits Job security
No work life balance No extra support
Good coffee machines, decent break periods, work from home most of the week, and easygoing coworkers. The best part of all is the generous 4 weeks of PTO per year starting. Management seems to be involved and happy to help.
Accenture's model is that of a body farm, If you are new to the consulting industry this is good, otherwise it is easy to get stuck performing what is essentially call center work. Raises and promotions have also been slow to come over the last several years according to several around the office. They also lean very heavy into the diversity and inclusion to the point where people are afraid to actually state their thoughts the way the alphabet people do.
Not much good experience i have in this company
No skill improvement, no hikes, no promotions
Smart people, work is okay and interesting enough.
Poor project planning creates unnecessary confusion and burnout even after remaining flexible. Lack of raises and bonuses to appease the shareholder has created an environment that is not the same as when Pierre was here.
Cutting edge technology Competitive Opportunities to move area
Lack of support Progression slow
