1. Good work life balance but it depend on your project. 2. They provide options to upskill via certification vouchers.
1. Salary hikes are relatively low and sometimes you won't get hike at all even after good client/project feedback. 2. Employee benefits could be better like other service based organizations or consulting firms. 3. The work culture is not very encouraging, as managers provide vague explanations when asked to justify why my contributions are not being recognized during appraisals.
Data consultant
It pays well enough, and as a nomadic citizen I can work remotely for clients around the country.
Management is nonexistent, so visibility of efforts or growth are not recognized. A lot of US based talent is being phased out, as offshore talent is cheaper for the company. Some contracts are so fast paced and workload heavy, just to bring in "support" to manage what you've built and they can move you somewhere else. Such is the consulting way, but it would be nice to set roots with a client after building trust and putting in so much effort. Additionally, no raises or promotions in my entire time at the company, which is common for Accenture now.
Customer success associate
Working at Accenture is an leaning experience and it has taught me to accept change better than ever.
No con for me over the last 5 years
Good wfh. Good policy. Good work life balance
Hike is less. Growth is slow
Custom software engineering analyst
Work-life balance Supportive manager great place to work anytime
The recruitment policy is worst

- Good learning scope - Stable job with Timely salary - Good work life balance ( depends on which project you will be in, in my case it was decent compared to my previous org) - One of the best infra structure. - Free cab until certain level ( door step pick and drop with security guard if last drop is female employee)
- Hikes will be mostly single digits - Don't have high hopes on the Variable pay , generally you will get 0-18%, irrespective of how good you perform it's almost never 21% as mentioned in CTC.
