-> Not a company where you settle -> hike are good but don't compare it with the hike which you get if you switch. -> higher management is egoistic -> if you see managers having more then 10 years or exp in same project just run. -> due to constant market correction, associates, analyst and senior analysts are in target (PIP). -> PIP does not necessarly depends on the performance, it depends on the budget and management.
