-> Good Hike -> if you are a good performer then ask for good hike and you will get it. -> Open communication with upper management -> Good opportunity to learn new tools -> Accenture organises Hackathons, and if selected, they also fund your project

-> Not a company where you settle -> hike are good but don't compare it with the hike which you get if you switch. -> higher management is egoistic -> if you see managers having more then 10 years or exp in same project just run. -> due to constant market correction, associates, analyst and senior analysts are in target (PIP). -> PIP does not necessarly depends on the performance, it depends on the budget and management.
