Software engineer
Pretty often no work, everybody is away all the time, waiting for ship to be sinked. You can learn but mostly things you are not interested in as other colleagues will outsource work to you as soon they will find out you actually know something.
No salary rise for 3 years even when all things were done as expected. All the time they say the same things like its bad situation in the world which can be told every year. Very bad VM setups for doing developer work. Clients usually doesnt know what they want and managers either.
