They pay very less at entry level and not good hikes

Basically none, aside from the work load.

No Growth, they will hold your promotions and give the least Hikes. Work in shifts and work extra hours but when it comes to feedback and performance discussions all they have to say is budget is low this time.

Managers are not good , partial behaviour

As it is very big company with many employees it hard to get good hike or promotion.

Pay is lower than some competitors Culture drawbacks - have to find your own jobs, competition for contract credit can be intense, good workers can get let go if they don't hit their numbers due to bad luck (chasing contracts and losing "sure wins"). High level of pressure. Little work-life balance. Leadership is generally good but can be cutthroat. Immediately removed DEI efforts to the detriment of the workers.

No promotions, no raises, reorg every year

Because it was a project, the contract was for a fixed term and was only extended shortly before its expiration.
