- Very deep capabilities - Lots to learn - Mega and giga sized engagements - lots of growth opportunities
- Very frequent org changes - Spend more energies sorting out internal dynamics than solving client problems - Not much regard to personal time or life, as you move up the ladder
Good career plan across levels

Back to back calls and 10 hr work week, we can only take breaks only when it is available and can't take at our will
High profile clients and big scope projects
Unclear value and visibility for designers who want to influence upstream engagement
Fantastic training opps. Great for early career development and progression, travel opps and gathering experience with multiple blue-chips. Great 'grad' culture, and work life balance opportunities. Though you manage and direct your own work at almost every level, hence you have to pull in the hours when you need to. Far more efficient internal processes and operations compared to wider consulting firms.
As you become more senior, networks as always are important, though it becomes more a case of who 'likes' you and whether you share common backgrounds and likes/dislikes, vs. competence and capability. Only those who are 'liked' get access to bigger deals and opps. Latter aside, access to senior clients is far too hierarchical and owned by senior levels. Surprisingly, this is much better at wider consultancies.
Provides hike and good quality of work
High work pressure and multiple project assignment
