Felt like a lot of internal politics at play

Minimum pay, Stressful and fast paced

Low salary and they expect you to go above and beyond of your tasks.

For some project the management is not that much competitive

Appraisal process needs to be revamped

Promotions are slow pay is good

Low offer and slow career growth. Also toxic workmates. But it depends on the project and team
