Managers just use people to get their work done. There is no goal setting. No KRA, KPI’s defined. No respect for people. Worst politics. Your capabilities don’t matter in this company. All that matters, is how nicely you can butter your manager. You can be the dumbest person, but still might get better recognition because of your buttering skills.
