Recruiter
Since Adecco is so large employees have the chance to branch out to other brands. There is a lot of potential here to learn new things and add to your skills.
The salaries are ridiculously low in comparison to other staffing agencies of similar size and no matter how much we complain management does not seem to care AT ALL that salaries are not competitive.
Senior recruitment specialist
- you can count on the people you work with and be a part of well tight-knit team and have a support of your boss - great autonomy and independence (in some special projects) - nice salary (depending on the project)
- sometimes you feel like the employer cares only for KPI's - very poor developing potentiality

Lots of freedom, great work life balance.
very little leadership, pay is below entry level, lots of consolidation and little room for growth. Because the company is headquartered out of Europe, the European leaders consistently try to run our model in the US like it is in Europe. Doesn't work.

Horrible company. I found a part time job through them but when it came to my salary, I had asked them when I’d receive it and they said on the 6th of the month. However, on the 10th of the month I still hadn’t received it so I reached out to my main point of contact from adecco and she said “due to late submission of contract” I will only get my pay on 20th or so. The late submission thing is stupid because I submitted all the documents she needed literally 5mins after she sent them to me. So she probbaly forgot to submit it herself. She didn’t even bother to apologise or anything. Just told me to wait. The next month, the company sends me an email saying my pay will be delayed YET AGAIN. The email says “Adecco office is closed today (03 Feb 2023) for annual company event. We seek your understanding that due to this, your Feb salary will be paid on approximately on the 9/10th Feb.” This is the exact thing they sent me. How is YOUR company event supposed to affect the day where I receive my salary??? It’s freaking irresponsible, not paying the people that are under you. AND MIND YOU, in the CONTRACT that i signed, they literally stated that “Adecco will ensure that you are paid promptly and accurately on your scheduled payday.” Utterly horrendous. Stay away from this lousy company.
