Hard getting someone on the phones

From the trenches there seems to be a big disconnect between upper management and what we see day to day. Cant go into details, but I have not been impressed with their ability to communicate important details of company wide changes.

They hire a lot of people that dont end up showing up

Depending on location timesheets might be paperwork that can get easily lost

not applicable since Adecco is Good

very good in consultation and very early call back

I would suggest that they have clearer training

High turnover which is not good for morale.

The size of the company can also be a con if you’re used to working in smaller organisations

No work life balance. Unrealistic KPI's. Gaslighting managers
