All of my immediate supervisors have been very supportive and encouraging. Fairly standard work load. If you have recruited before then you probably wont see anything new with Adecco.
From the trenches there seems to be a big disconnect between upper management and what we see day to day. Cant go into details, but I have not been impressed with their ability to communicate important details of company wide changes.
