They set you up for failure and then blame your competency, and they are not afraid to insult you in front of everyone else. Many people in the team has fell sick due to overwork, exhaustion, and extreme stress. You're expected to overtime almost everyday and respond to their spam during non-work hours and weekends. Will probably need therapy for a long time after leaving this company.
