1. Good portfolio projects and good benefit - many sponsored sport activities, company trip, bonus, dividend, employee stock options 2. Friendly colleagues 3. Pantry full of snack every month, have to grab it earlier
Project timeline could be tight sometimes, need good multi-tasking and time management skill
The company works on some really cool and innovative projects, which makes the work exciting and engaging.
While the company has many positive aspects, I’ve noticed that communication isn’t always as open or collaborative as one might hope. Issues are sometimes kept internal rather than discussed transparently, which can make it difficult to address challenges effectively. Additionally, feedback on performance doesn’t always feel constructive, leaving room for confusion rather than clarity.

leadership of head of mobile department needs improvement
Supportive Colleagues, team members are friendly and helpful. Flexible working hours (early-in/early-out or late-in/late-out)
Overtime is not compensated, and although OT is not frequent, it can be difficult to decline when required. Feedback culture could be improved at times, constructive intentions may be misunderstood or viewed negatively. Some higher management interactions may feel personal or discouraging, and HR support can be limited when seeking guidance. Decision-making from senior levels can be unclear, and proposed ideas may be dismissed without detailed explanation, which can make project planning challenging. Favoritism can occasionally be observed, which may impact fairness. Transparency is not always consistent, especially when there are differing viewpoints. WFH arrangements are treated as optional rather than a stable benefit, which may not suit those seeking hybrid flexibility.
>got free sports >good leader
>micromanage creeping in >lack roadmap on r&d product >no product management team, everything boss say = truth >be prepared for some inexperienced project manager that will create more issue than protecting you >bad office location, no mrt, the lift and toilet sucks >stingy pantry, staff number increment and pantry food increment doesnt tally >low pay
- Great for freshers / those looking to learn - Tons of project involvement and project switching so can get a lot of hands on experience - Can get a lot of exposure and knowledge - Great seniors , team leads, and colleagues
- High turnover rate due to lack of compensation, unpaid overtimes - Working after hours is very common - Expected to do the job of multiple people and multiple departments and roles due to turnover rate - Bonuses and increments are minute - Lack of employee welfare
Flat structure: No strict hierarchy – talk directly to bosses, decisions happen faster. Growth opportunities: Lots of chances to work on cool projects and learn new skills. Pitch your ideas: If you have a project idea, you can actually suggest it .
"Sink or swim" learning – You’ll need to figure things out on your own (limited training or courses). No hand-holding – If you’re stuck, there’s not much guidance – gotta Google it or ask coworkers.
- free snacks - friendly colleagues
- Long working hours and overloaded tasks - Unclear instructions - Typical "agency life" - Paid lots of medical fees after overtime for months
Friendly and helpful coworker. It also have development program to upskill your skill. You can also experience a lot of different projects
Tight timeline and requirement sometime changes. Depend on your luck, you maybe need to handle old and outdated system. But you will be assign to other project every 3 months
