The team culture could improve with more cross-departmental engagement. Currently, interactions are mostly limited to necessary collaborations, which can sometimes feel awkward and less connected.

Becoming less and less AIA style ever since the change of new CEO, more and more office politics

Toxic company culture (highly political, territorial and cowboy culture). Incentivise poor behaviours (e.g laziness) and punish whistleblowers (as trouble makers). Favour certain nationality types.
