Manager
Culture is great, supportive and a team ethos
None that I can think of
Human resources executive
Supervisors are usually prompt and clear when assigning tasks or providing updates, which helps keep everyone on track.
The pay may feel lower compared to similar roles at other companies, and since not all employees receive bonuses, some feel their overall compensation doesn’t fully reflect their contributions
Anonymous employee
good team culture, many benefits
a lot of hidden fees to pay back to company when resigning
Just a couple of learning outcomes A few good colleagues Ya that's about it
Toxic and bosses who will bully you and set unrealistic KPIs, focused on optics and not outcomes. Idiotic and inefficient processes. Discriminatory behaviours and gossipmongering. Superficial culture of sycophants pleasing the bosses. Bosses and peers who punch downwards. Green and carewashing taken to another level (how this place got employer of the year is beyond me) If you're thinking of joining the Malaysian FI investment team, you do so at your own peril. People here suffer mentally and it's really worth thinking about the pay Vs the risk. Last advice: Join at your own risk, but you'll probably ignore this for the money.

Could not find pros in this job.
Terrible benefits with low pay.
Senior project manager
Nothing much can be shared for AIA Digital+.
The hiring process, including interviews, went at a fast pace with high expectations (2 weeks). Later I received a remuneration package (base salary, epf, etc) via text message saying i was succesful in the hiring process. And after a week long of waiting for the official offer letter, I was informed that the management put on hold (both project budget & position) last minute and no hiring at the moment. I lost another job opportunity because of positive promises from AIA and declined it.
Procurement specialist
Great working environment with helpful colleagues. Flexible work arrangements that depends on the department head
Routine work which can be boring in a long run
Senior wealth management manager

Great start for a fresh grad to gain experience and good benefits
- always catching deadlines and work overload - slow career growth - toxic management - max 1 months + bonus
