Multinational company. I don’t see any cons.

Good colleague and great working environment
Challenging to hit sales target
Actuarial analyst
The compensation here is quite competitive compared to other companies, especially for actuarial roles. The benefits given are also a nice plus
You have to be independent as sometimes things should be done independently. Some are helpful, there are times when support is limited
Senior analyst
Great teammates Good benefits Flexible working hours
Not so hybrid friendly (only 1 day WFH per week)
Learning opportunities in the different programs STIPs and guaranteed bonuses Allowances and benefits Great teams in the department
There's an excessive bureaucracy and office politics in the workplace, and expectations are too high and unrealistic, with little to no support from the immediate manager- they expect you to know everything on the fly. Some of the ADs / Senior Managers were abusing their authority/powers, and some are even invalidating one's skills. They say they're open to ideas, but when you voice them out, they contradict them most of the time. Lack of support, lack of guidance, lack of materials at some point. This is a common issue, which is why there is a high attrition rate at some positions.
Customer service representative
The workload is generally manageable, as tasks are assigned based on their complexity and volume. This approach helps keep things balanced across the team and avoids putting too much pressure on any one person
The salary doesn’t always match the demands of the role, particularly when dealing with complex situations that require a lot of emotional and mental energy.

Good work life balance and benefits - generally the company respects you as an employee and there are fun employee engagement events to make you feel valued
Depends on yr boss/team/dept's strategic focus - whether that matches how far you want to stretch in a certain timeframe
