Insurance sales agent
Flexible working hours with the ability to schedule appointments and meetings around personal time.
Some agents may feel isolated as individual performance often outweighs teamwork
Anonymous employee
Recharge days, WFH for limited employees
Where to begin… Incompetent leadership, Constant redundancies, Constant process changes and restructures, Budgets constantly slashed and Headcount’s in teams have reduced by half while the work has tripled. Nepotism is rife and mental health issues are rampant with zero support from HR. Even the CEO sounds completely defeated lately! Go work literally anywhere else if you value yourself.

Overall it is a good organisation with good pay and benefits.
Tone from the top very important and if the top is racist and will only speak cina in an office where the language should be BM / ENG, so will the whole dept. Its like a pasar there. No respect, no empathy and no regard to other races. Just hire your own race next time.
Front end developer
stable,work life balance, comrade friendly
outdated technology, disorganized project management
Procrument executive
The environment is friendly and welcoming, especially to newcomers. People are respectful, and teams usually support one another, which makes collaboration easier, helps build good working relationships, and makes it easier to overcome challenges.
The role can sometimes feel repetitive, especially with tasks like data entry and order tracking, which may become monotonous over time. Additionally, procurement processes are often time-sensitive, and the pressure to meet deadlines can occasionally lead to stress and tight work schedules.
