AIA Digital+ (Malaysia): - Annual bonus (if you are in the right department, not TSS) - Annual increment (if you are in the right department, not TSS) - EPF extra 5% - Work-life balance - WFH 1 day a week (officially) - Budget for team lunches every quarter - Good laptop, no slow spyware
- Everyone is super streamlined, doing one thing and one thing only - Creative souls will suffer here (see above) - You applied to the job description, but after entering the role is nothing like what the JD said, but you have to suck it up and do the job anyway - Not many places to go internally
Director
Solid company, good perks and environment
Nothing I can think of
Administration
Straightforward day-to-day work once you are familiar with it.
Can get pretty busy. Personally, may sometimes end up OT-ing, so as to finish up and not bring over work into the rest of the other days.
Officer
The salary is ok and
Opportunities is not enough to promote
Customer service representative
There's a Nandos and a Vietnamese restaurant nearby.
Toxic workplace. The former head of contact centre ran a leadership with her at the centre.
Anonymous employee
remote flexitime income incentives team
rejections: no money no time no need no trust

Initiatives like 1 day wfh a week still exist, alongside BYB (a halfday off every 2nd friday of the month), to assist with a better work-life balance.
There's a lack of managerial roles, to help with the management of different scopes and projects. Departments are broken down into heads and just a team.
Senior claims associate
Good colleagues Flexible clock in and clock out time
high OT workload u need to commit most of your time no work life balance
Enjoyed my time in AIA - There was a lot of welfare initiatives (e.g. BIB Day/ half day time off on 1st Friday of the month). Also, the workplace was very modern and well equipped with a variety of tech tools.
Some managers can be traditional and old school.
Senior principal
Overall package is comparatively attractive.
Very political. Too many governance processes.
