AIA Malaysia (Insurance)

Need meet up cust and achieve target for good income

Low base salary, not much resource

Premiums are higher in the market

High level of stress to prospect

so far for me as the millenial generation. AIA is good company for work life balance and culture

too flexible, need self displine

Need to sell No cold market provide

They use very old tools such as Excel. Very old fashioned cultures. There are rule that you can/can't do Not much to learn.

Too much job at the same time

- low salary - always overtime
