Very competitive Can be toxic Colleagues feel fake and only take notice of you when you sell a lot

stressed, numerous workloads, lack of teamwork.

- no clear direction from the management

but has high working pressure

It's a disaster for people who don't want to OT

but that also means things move slowly.

Your job is not safe, can be replaced or retrenched any time they see fit.

Never ending workload, expected to work on weekends. Senior staff are overworked that they do not have time to teach the newer staffs.
