Very long working hour which really have zero work life balance. Management seemed structured, but when it comes from the top to the bottom the objective and goals becomes diluted. People at the foundation level are often misplaced and does not have a sense of direction. The most clear direction is on monetary business objective, but the rest are just unclear and mudded.

Salary is at minimum level No work life balance Management is no compatible to teach and support employees Poor management

Pay not so good though

Poor culture, middle management is never considered and concerned about it. Difficulty supporting team members with little to Jo support from head management and HR. Poor recruitment process, which leads to constantly managing poor performers instead of doing your role. This affects overall performance which impacts your KPIs and bonus.

High amount of Ot and diong the same work everyday

Work politics abit complicated here

the culture there is not good

Workload depends on which dept you are
