There wasn't much mentorship/guidance so you kinda have to find your own leads which can be really challenging. Lots of people might avoid you because you're in this industry

Bullying Ineffective leadership (incoherent, contradictory, unprofessional) Unrealistic workload, way above industry standard Culture of blame rather than uniting against a challenge People are very sad, disengaged and burnt out I would not recommend a friend to work here

Had to hustle more and more to gain your commission

-the other benefit maybe not as much as other company

Low pay, no room for advancement.

Nothing can think of, probably i need more gen Z colleague in my department :D
