New staff get higher pay than old staff

Can't think of any for now

Incompetent leadership team which unable to stabilise the company development, didn't look serious on staff feedback especially when involved the leadership members

Less opportunity for growth Stable salary and position

Salary increment is average, aligned with the inflation rate

Need a lot of networking for sales

salary not to good for foreigner

poor management, TL no empathy when you applied TIME OFF(emergency), provided reason need apply early but dont understand "emergency"= how to apply early~ She never understand staff and ONLY need staff commit OT(even not promised, because she want completed task by (upper management). IF YOU WANT SAVE MONEY, NO JAM LIFE=CAN GO~ BUT MUST RAN if enough saving ~

Work load is not good

Nature of business. Compensation, including inflationary and promotional increments for staff, do not reflect its "big" name.

Depends on who is your reporting manager. (Old Mindset) Follow the wrong manager will bring you to a dead end. Office politics is everywhere

There was not much opportunity or career progression in my department. Lots of people would advance to a team leader position but there was not much opportunity to go above that,

there is no cons as it is a great place for intern
