No work life balance. Daily and weekend overtime is a norm. Leaders are expected to respond after office hours and even on weekends.

OT is LIFE there. The AOM system is ridiculous. if you are supporting SG, considered yourself warn.

The management seems to lack direction

The system pretty bad and lack of training.. Need to learn the hard way. Inter department might not cooperate.

unstable income, income could be low sometimes

Kpi is sometimes unreachable and I must sell insurance to my family to make sure I meet the kpi

Work over time and quite pressure sometimes

long working hrs, 30-45mins for lunch and dinner breaks, noisy working environment that harms employees' health

There could be aggressive employee from any team at times
