The one thing that stood out for me when I joined AIA Shared Services was just how respectful the people were. I came from an organisation before where it was not uncommon to be talked down, shouted at or treated with disrespect. There was none of that here. People are generally collaborative and nice to deal with at all levels of the company. It's been a wonderful journey so far being a part of my team and the company as a whole. The company's purpose of Healthier, Longer, Better Lives is an energising and invigorating purpose that I can get behind of and champion.
