It’s good company actually. Has a lot of investment power and from tech, is really trying to advance
Unfortunately this is a company which should be avoided if you value your mental and physical wellbeing. They advertise a lot on how they are at the forefront of health and wellbeing, but they are truly unable to walk the talk with their own employees. Some departments are under severe pressure because they’re being managed by those who shouldn’t even be allowed to manage an intern. So these departments are under severe pressure mental torture leading to high turnover and people falling sick. On the other hand, the company is constantly coming out with different metrics and mandatory trainings to foster leadership, wellbeing, anti discrimination and anti harassment. But the problem here is that none of the very senior leadership actually believe on any of this. So they are at the forefront of discrimination, employee harassment, racism and creating improper work conditions for employees. For example, there are those who actively tell hiring managers to hire a certain gender, a certain nationality only, those from a certain background or employment only. The sad truth is that HR also knows these favouritisms and still follows through. One of the most sad things about this company is that, everyone is a tool of the top management. Everyone from employees, to HR, to the so called leadership teams and the top IT executive in Group management team are aware of what is happening. But they all turn a blind eye to these things. The moment they dislike someone, they could just let you go without any notice because they have the financial power to do so. So at the end of things, it’s not worth joining a company like this

It’s a mnc and the system used are fairly good
- Management is really bad at keeping talents as the team is constantly understaffed due to incompetence and inefficiency in hiring and also due to salary is lower than market. - adding work to the team without adding headcount and expect the lower working level staff to cover for all the extra work plus tasks from the vacancies - senior managers are incompetent and only talked their way up, when asked for guidance on new task from group or regulatory changes they will ask you to study yourself or ask other ppl. - no prospect of promotion unless you do something that is super extraordinary and able to make big presentations in front of directors, doing your usual job well doesn’t give you a chance of promotion - just don’t come unless you want to do clerical job and able to ignore all the work thrown at you until the management gives it to someone else that is more competent - you are rewarded for your competence by having more job and responsibilities without increment or promotion
