Senior associate
The benefits and salaries is good. Can enjoyed 16% rate.
Office politics are very noticeable, very high expectations for new joiners but lack of learning material. The work rate also high which need to do the overtime. The HOD wont side with you, he/she more prioritize the SG people first, whatever you said or give your concern about the job, they just wont listen, which the staff welfare is quite neglected. If the seniors or Manager did not like you, they will create an "environment" for you to willingly resigned from the company. Micromanage all the time. Very toxic working environment. No recommended. You can see the turnover is quite high, but the choice is yours. I've experienced once, never ever I will go back to those environment. Not good, 0%.

Financial consultant
They provide alot of trainings for their consultants. Many incentives and quarterly bonuses, career benefit on the 3rd year onwards and company's shares purchase and you receive your commission pretty fast compared to other companies. Their systems are pretty fast and good as well in terms of closing and inception of cases. They have an app which provides illustrations to aid in your presentations to clients/prospects.
There is no direct hotline for consultants to check in with the back end team with regards to underwriting certain cases and servicing clients. Either you send in via email or request via their agent's portal to enquire the status or seeking assistance. Culture and immediate support depends on the agency you are working in. Company good doesn't equate to good team, management support and culture.
