High workload (Daily 12 hours of work) difficult to apply leave if busy, no negotiate on overtime arrangent, No life

At times there was a gap in learning, so not really steep curve, repetitive, need to get use to environment where mostly Chinese language is often used.

but that also means things move slowly.

Your job is not safe, can be replaced or retrenched any time they see fit.

Never ending workload, expected to work on weekends. Senior staff are overworked that they do not have time to teach the newer staffs.

Very long working hour which really have zero work life balance. Management seemed structured, but when it comes from the top to the bottom the objective and goals becomes diluted. People at the foundation level are often misplaced and does not have a sense of direction. The most clear direction is on monetary business objective, but the rest are just unclear and mudded.

Pay not so good though

Poor culture, middle management is never considered and concerned about it. Difficulty supporting team members with little to Jo support from head management and HR. Poor recruitment process, which leads to constantly managing poor performers instead of doing your role. This affects overall performance which impacts your KPIs and bonus.
