Racial discrimination. There is the Chinese manager who support Chinese only. Chinese speak Chinese in meetings. Majority of HR is also Chinese and they are all on Chinese side. HR even says that staff can speak Chinese in meetings. Hello, non-Chinese is unable to understand Chinese in meetings. Here is Singapore.
