Busy as hell and OT a lot

Stressful environment but everywhere is stressful

based on Business Unit/team. the working arrangement can be different

Might get a little political

No structure management especially from agency

Need to liaise with different BU, multitasking

IT support could be a bit better

Stakeholder management can be tough.

Had to put in 70 hours of overtime on my last month of working in that company Last working day was 3 weeks ago but has yet to receive my pay, don’t know how will I pay my bills if they continue to delay my pay without sending me any correspondence - no career growth as employee recognition are non existent or they won’t promote you unless a long enough time has lapsed (an employee of over 15 years is just an assistant manager with low authority in the office) - low basic pay (RM2,500) - frequent overtime - repetitive work
