AIA often promotes a supportive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional respect.
Too much workload as analyst

Happy environment, easy to play and earn money
Need to meet the target of company
Senior actuarial manager
Established process, team and people
Very long working hours and high pressure
Financial consultant
Flexibility which you can choose not to work on weekends
High level of stress because you need to run after numbers and if you happen to join an agency that’s so lousy, yeah you will be like me. No guidance and on your own
Anonymous employee
Good tutor and good training
Till now have no idea
Junior software tester
A lots of benefits, everyone is doing things so able to deliver something. Able to learn things because you have to become an independent learner to survive in here
Workers does not communicate well with each other. Colleague A might have idea A, while Colleague B having idea B, both asking you to follow them. This hits hard for a junior employee. Old-school working style, most employees run after 30 minutes of working times. OT often happend due to many new application updates (Short OT). Not sure why, I am required to serve a few bosses at one time, Boss A mainly gives me tasks, Boss B sometime reviews my tasks, while I directly reported to Boss C etc.
Acturial intern
