- pushing staff over the cliff - management and HOD change everything become messy and pushed too hard. Manager push TL's and end up processor have to face this. - High volume cases & manager always push staff to do OT even it is not compulsory but still they force you in their way. - Case assignment messy and expected staff to complete this by hook or by crook even you have difficulties and requires to attend people asking non-stop which time consuming to processor. - Trainer or KM worst. Processor have difficulties and they expect we understand this completely when SOP have been review but still when we asked they always giving that "don't ask stupid question kinda vibes" - Seniors work for over 3-4 years very superior and expect we understand all task by 3-6 months and don't teach processor in a good way. - Toxic environment - Manager always change plan today A later then Z and not consistent. - Over hire staff and now they wanted to push processor eventho the volume case gave reduce & wanted processor to feel stress and tender. THE WORST! - CEO is okay and very thoughtful always take action what require to change and moving forward - No career development even if you have work 3 years and so on. Management very selected to who they wanted to promoted
