- Flexible work-from-home benefit, which saves commuting time. - Plenty of learning opportunities and exposure to new technologies and processes. - Supportive and knowledgeable team; colleagues are willing to teach and mentor.
- Current salary levels could be reviewed to stay competitive and in line with inflation. - Work can be demanding at times, particularly before go-live periods, occasionally requiring extra hours. This is being partly addressed as we hire additional resources.

- In general, AiChat is a fantastic place to work. I've had the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects with established clients, such as UPS and MR DIY. The top management has consistently shown their commitment to my professional growth through valuable feedback, job promotions, and relevant course offers that align with my current role, contributing to my professional development. - The culture here is highly collaborative. I've enjoyed working with diverse teams, including Product, Customer Success, and BE/FE, to successfully deliver projects for renowned clients like UPS. - What intrigues me the most is the company's openness to new ideas. The recent internal competition to enhance our products was a great initiative, but I also believe implementing A/B tests would provide valuable insights to further improve our current products.
- Like many tech companies, there is always room for improvement in product and project documentation, especially for the seamless onboarding of new hires. - Additionally, the workload can be quite challenging, especially after someone left.

Innovative products: AiChat is constantly working on cutting-edge products, making the work exciting and intellectually stimulating.
Fast-Paced Environment: The fast-paced nature of the work can be stressful at times, especially during project deadlines. However, it also keeps things interesting.
work from home, saving time compared to commuting to the office.
Very poor in management skills. The bosses have a habit of sending Slack or email messages even whatsapp after working hour until midnight. They rarely appreciate their employees’ work and tend to be quite mean when communicating with them. They also seem very tone-deaf toward their staff. I’ve seen and experienced several instances where employees were asked to work on public holidays (on very short notice) and were told to take their day off on another date. There were also cases where employees had to stay up all night due to extremely heavy workloads and very tight deadlines. They conducted mass layoffs within less than a week and paid the severance in installments over several months.

The team is collaborative, and colleagues are always willing to help and share knowledge. The work is dynamic and gives opportunities to solve real-world problems for clients across different industries. Management is approachable, and there is a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement. It’s a great place for anyone interested in technology, AI solutions, and customer experience.
The work is fully remote for Indonesia team, so it can feel a bit quiet or boring at times, but everyone on the team is very kind and supportive.
-Promising clients (see aichat.com) -Ambitious product features
-Salary got delayed beyond the normal monthly term -Be prepared to do more than what you are paid for -Underlying issues/bugs on the chatbot infrastructure -Founder has a tad bit traditional mindset -Insufficient resources to work on fixes yet founder insist on getting client to pay for service despite the chatbot inadequacies
- flexible and remote working - good teammate - product is promising
- no career growth - the number of workers is just enough, leaving small room for improvement
