Very toxic and political culture created over last few years by second in command. In the past people were free to give opinion and raise concern whenever there is issues. Now people just keep quite for the fear of getting fired. Also management needs to stop flying the private jet as we became the the laughing stock of the town. We are pushing energy transition while our carbon foot print by executives does not show.

None that dont exist in other companies.

Location is not good, still far away from major cities. Not many international working opportunities.
