Company is not modernizing well (no flex or remote work). Constantly realigning the organization without an idea of why. Layoffs and retirements. Old systems that are ineffective and no modern tech stack. They add buzzwords like diversity to their mission without actually enabling it. No room to grow and a very toxic work culture.
