After Merger things are different now. Increments are very low but happens every year. Very less chance of growth as previous employees stays with company for long time. increments they didn't consider full market impact on salaries. Management dont have ground knowledge now and making useless policies.

Micromanagement, poor recognition, no personal life

Bad Political management and always standby 24hours

Can get paid more elsewhere

You have to work hard to move to other position

To much of a buddy system with alot of people gaining information on you just to use it against you for their own benefit

May be difficult to get promotion and sometimes unclear on the career development

Nothing as of now , everything fine

No defined feedback structure meaning every person (rockstar or not) will get the same salary increase at year end.
