There are always organizational changes underway, which tend to create an uneasy atmosphere where our employees may feel like their positions are unstable. Because of this invisible threat looming, people tend to overcompensate in workload and working hours to demonstrate a need for their positions. These behaviors aren't sustainable, nor do they create the culture which we are trying to embed within our workplace.
